Sweet Potato Nachos
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of sweet potato chips
4 ounces feta, blue, goat cheese, or cheese of choice- divided
1 cup Roasted Brussel sprout leaves - air fried brussel sprout leaves are perfect for this recipe
three b’s jalapeño jam – blueberry, peach, strawberry.
INSTURCTIONS:
Place half of the sweet potato chips on dish, crumble with cheese, place other half of chips on top, crumble with more cheese,
top with Roasted Brussel sprouts leaves. Drizzle with three b’s jalapeño jam as soon as the pan is removed from the oven.
