Sweet Potato Nachos
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of sweet potato chips
4 ounces feta, blue or goat cheese, divided
1 cup Roasted Brussel sprout leaves - air fried brussel sprout leaves are perfect for this recipe
three b’s jalapeño jam – blueberry, peach, strawberry.
INSTURCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place half of the sweet potato chips on sheet pan,
crumble with cheese, place other half of chips on top, crumble with more cheese,
top with Roasted Brussel sprouts leaves. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Drizzle with
three b’s jalapeño jam as soon as the pan is removed from the oven.
